VVA Region Six Director

The VVA WSC is located within VVA Region 6 composed of eight states: Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.  Wisconsin VVA members are being served by Bob Grarbinski.  Grabinski was elected at VVA’s 18th National Convention in 2017.

Grabinski retired as a Master Sergeant with 30 years of service in the U.S. Army, Air Force Reserve, and Minnesota National Guard.

A VVA Life Member, Grabinski joined VVA in 2005, and seres on the National Public Affairs Committee and the National Agent Orange Committee.  At the State level, Grabinski was the acting president of the Minnesota State Council for two years, and now serves as its vice-president.  He has also served on the Minnesota State Agent Orange Committee, and has held the positions of treasurer and delegate with VVA Chapter 290 in St Cloud, Minnesota.

Grabinski is passionate about a variety of Veterans’ issues, and frequently participates in Agent Orange Town Hall meetings, stand downs, parades, and color guards.  He also conducts outreach with Minnesota state legislators and others.

A Minnesota native, Grabinski now resides in the township of Sterling, Wisconsin where he has been active in the community.  He has served as president and board member in the Monticello (Minn.) Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Monticello United Way, and as a “loaned executive” to the St. Cloud United Way.  Grabinski was a member of Lions International and is a Patriot Guard Rider.
