VVA WSC Annual Calendar of Meetings, Town Halls, and other Events

VVA WSC has two special events annually - VVA WSC Annual Picnic and VVA WSC Christmas Party.  Both events are located on the calendar; however, for each event it is critical that the planner(s) know the number attending (e.g., the VVA WSC Officers, Regional Directors, AVVA members, guests, etc.).  This allows the planner(s) to either get the necessary food for the event or the number of place settings, especially as it pertains to the Christmas Party.

At the VVA WSC Annual Picnic held in June at the HighGround the WSC will provide the meat(s) and buns for the grill.  Those attending the picnic at the HighGround are asked to bring a dish to pass (e.g., salad, pork & beans, Mom’s, Dad’s, or Uncle Fred’s favorite picnic dish, dessert, etc.).  Keep in mind the HighGround is an alcohol-free zone.

Again, please contact Mike Demske ( or 920-684-1624) if you are going to attend one or both events.
